GREC (Green Revolution Energy Converter) is a patented innovation developed by Nils Karlberg and owned by nilsinside AB, Motala, Sweden. The technology is protected by national and international patents.

Intellectual Property

The GREC technology is protected by comprehensive patent coverage, including both national and international patents. nilsinside AB holds the rights to commercialize and license this technology globally.

Research Partnership

Linköping University Collaboration

Since 2022, GREC has been systematically researched at Linköping University's Department of Mechanical Heat Theory and Fluid Dynamics (MVS). This collaboration has involved:

  • 5 comprehensive research projects
  • 28 engineering students and researchers
  • Development of LabModel v3 functional prototype
  • Advanced CFD and thermodynamic analysis
  • International validation at ICAM Toulouse

The university maintains the right to publish research results, while nilsinside AB retains commercial rights to the underlying GREC technology.
